With our headquarters in London our company was born from founders with a big picture outlook of the world, driven by a holistic appreciation of the status quo and the creative abundance of young minds. Much of what we do is influenced by our professions in health. Being Personal Trainers Holistic Counsellors and Martial Arts Instructors means that we have a strong understanding of the relationship between mind body, health and performance.

With combined educational backgrounds that include electronic and electrical engineering, transmision principles, naturopathy, dressmaking and accounting it is fair to say we make a well rounded fairly interesting team!

We endeavour to practice what we teach and lead by example! Part of our philosophy revolves around a step by step approach. We believe in encouraging people to become more active, physically emotionally and mentally. Our step by principle are as follows:
